Through touring the world with St. Paul and the Broken Bones, NEA Jazz Master Delfeayo Marsalis, and his own passion projects, saxophonist and producer Amari Ansari maintains a dynamic career. He has performed internationally for over a decade and has shared the stage with Stevie Wonder, Raphael Saadiq, Solange Knowles, PJ Morton, The Temptations, and many more. He steps into the driver’s seat with the release of his self-produced debut EP Voices (2019).

Voices features a stellar cast of New Orleans finest young musicians. Recorded at Neutral Sound Studio, the mostly instrumental Jazz and Blues EP is a collection of original songs inspired by the teachings of the late Jazz great Dr. Frank Adams Sr.
